The Remington Custom Shop Model 547 .22 Long bolt-action rifle, according to the listing description, included two magazines, custom stainless 19″ heavy barrel, smooth pistol grip wood stock, upper butt plate. Also included was a Leupold VX-31 6.5-20X40 rifle scope, Tally 4-screw scope rings, Leupold screw-in lens covers, and Original Leupold scope box. The barrel of this Remington Custom Shop Model 547 is stamped “Remington Custom Shop Sturgis, SD.” Serial number 54702131.
The Remington 742 Woodsmaster Semi-Auto Rifle from the Remington Custom Shop features .30-06 Sprg. caliber, 22-inch barrel, and 13.25″ LOP. This listing on GunBroker.com was for a previously owned Custom Shop Gun and in fair condition. Barrel, receiver, and stock did have some scratches, scuffs, dings, wear, and rust spots. The scope’s optics are clear, the body shows wear. The bore looked good. Included in this Remington Custom Gun Shop listing on GunBroker.com were the Remington 742 Woodsmaster Rifle, magazine, and Bushnell Sportview 6×40 scope. SKU: 25521037702-48/10-C-JO.
Next is the Remington 1100 Trap 34-inch shotgun from the Remington Custom Gun Shop. Features a 34-inch Barrel, 12-gauge bore with a total capacity of 5 rounds. Per the GunBroker.com listing, the seller stated this gun was in immaculate condition and looked like it had not been fired. This Remington 1100 Trap was built in 1981 in Remington’s Custom Gun Shop.
Custom Remington 700 chambered in 6mm Dasher from the Remington Custom Guns Shop. This long-distance Custom Remington 700 shooter is sporting a KRG adjustable stock in an OD green. Not much is known about the action or barrel build, but the trigger is undoubtedly under 3 pounds. The bolt feels like glass, and the rounds are fed in an included 5-round magazine. The stainless bull barrel, scope, and bolt handle all show signs of use, as pictured. The barrel is threaded for a compensator or suppressor. The scope is mounted on an EGW Remington 700 Short Action 20 MOA base. The scope is an Athlon Ares BTR 4.5-27X50. This GunBroker.com auction for the Remington 700 included a Pelican hard case cut out specifically for the rifle.
Next is the Remington Model 700LH left-hand bolt action rifle chambered in 300 Win Mag. According to the Seller of this GunBroker.com Listing, the 24-inch barrel has a good bore. It might be a Remington Custom Shop Gun even though the caliber markings are not typical Remington markings, but the barrel is Remington proofed and has a barrel date code. This Custom Remington Model 700LH rifle has been Cerakoted, which shows a few marks in the paint. Note that the mark on the barrel from the steady rest on the lathe when the gun was threaded. Barrel is threaded 5/8th-24 and comes with an oversized thread protector. The Remington 700LH weighs 7.2 lbs, and the overall condition is very good.
Big game hunters, this is an excellent condition Remington 700 in 8mm Remington Magnum. It was made in the Remington Custom Guns Shop in 1990 with 24-inch medium-weight barrel. At some point dipped into its current earth-browning camo. It includes a high-end German-made Zeiss Diavari in 3-9x scope, rings, and bases also professionally coated in the same earth-browning camo. The seller notes that they find no marks on the metal or the stock. This Remington 700 Custom Guns Shop 8mm will make a high-end African or Alaskan hunting gun. SKU: 23-0176.
