Nighthawk Custom is the proud builder of the ultimate American made 1911 and double stack pistols. We live by our “One Gun, One Gunsmith” philosophy. This philosophy sees that every pistol we build in Berryville, Arkansas is hand-crafted one at a time, from start to finish, by one of our highly skilled pistolsmiths. Every part that goes into a Nighthawk Custom is fully machined from US billet steel. Every part is intentionally oversized, and will be hand fit, blended, prepped, and beveled by a a single gunsmith. Every detail is meticulously refined to create an heirloom quality firearm that is built to last lifetimes. We go the extra mile to create the most reliable, accurate, and beautiful 1911/Double Stacks 1911s on the market.
Along with building the world’s finest we 1911s, we have partnered with Korth and Cosmi to offer some of the finest revolvers and shotguns in the world. We are the sole importer and distributor of Korth and Cosmi products in the U.S.
Korth is world-renowned for building the finest revolvers available. German engineering at its best, Korth revolvers are hand-crafted works of art. Much like how we do things here at Nighthawk Custom, Korth revolvers use fully machined parts from billet steel and hand fit. They have a unique lineup of models unlike any other revolver in the world.
Cosmi makes the world’s only luxury semi-automatic shotgun. Over 125 fully machined parts make up a Cosmi shotgun, each hand-fit and hand-polished to perfection. It’s easy to see what sets a Cosmi shotgun apart from the rest. The break-open design is unique for a semi-automatic and is made possible by a tubular magazine that runs back into the stock. This creates a lightweight, extremely well-balanced shotgun unlike anything else on the market.
Nighthawk Custom has acquired Cooper Firearms of Montana, known for their hand built, fully machined bolt action rifles. Now, Cooper Rifles of Arkansas, brings high grade wood stocks, hand checkering, and impeccable craftsmanship to create not only a beautiful and accurate rifle, but one that will be passed down from one generation to the next.
