Magpul Releases Universal Carbine Stock

Magpul, the industry leader in carbine stocks, has just introduced the Universal Carbine Stock. This new stock fits firearms with vertical 1913 Picatinny rails on the rear of a firearm’s receiver. It features a reversible hinge for both left- and right-handed shooters. Even better, the stock drops five degrees as it folds to ensure it clears the array of charging handle styles, ejection port locations and various fire controls found on almost every gun with a rear rail.

The UCS is adaptable to individual needs with a variety of benefits. This includes two additional tool-less, reversible cheek risers (0.50, and 0.75) to adjust comb height, along with a reversible M1913 clamp for further height adjustment in 1/2-slot increments along the rear rail to ensure shooters can fine tune eye alignment with optics or iron sights.

Further enhancing customizability is the 3 inches of length of pull adjustment across six positions. The UCS fits comfortably into whatever gear you are wearing, and it can be used with or without armor or other bulky equipment. It also includes a reversible, anti-rotation QD socket for sling attachments.

The stock adds just over a pound of weight to any setup, and is available in black, FDE and ODG. The Tech Spec section even lists many popular LOP measurements for popular firearms with the UCS attached. The Magpul Universal Carbine Stock retails for $219.95.
