Introduced in 2023: HK VP9SK OR 9mm Super Green Holoson SCS + Custom P30 Langdon Tactical
James at HK talks about some of the new offerings for 2023 from the Heckler & Koch pistol lineup. You might already be familiar with the HK VP9 series, and they’ve recently introduced the optics ready variants for both the VP9, VP9 SK and their match long slide tacticals. This year HK is partnering with Holoson to give a package deal where now you can get the pistol in either VP9 or VP9 SK size that comes straight from H&K with the new Holoson SCS (solar charging sight). The Holoson SCS is a new green dot sight that has a very low profile, does not require a mounting plate, and also allows the standard height sites to co-witness through the glass. So you no longer need to switch out to a taller suppressor right style sight to work with your optic.
These are available both in the HK VP9 and VP9 SK line.
Increased Magazine Capacity for the VP9 Series and the P30:
The 9mm magazines for the VP9 series and the P30 pistols have been increased by two rounds in each one of the capacities. The 10-round magazine is now a 12-round, the 13-round magazines have become 15-round, and 15-round have become 17-round magazines.
P30 Partnership with Langton Tactical
HK has partnered with Langdon Tactical to enhance the P30 pistol.
“We’re also really excited about our new partnership with Langdon Tactical! Ernie and his team have done an amazing job enhancing the P30 series,” said James at HK.
Langdon Tactical has modified the P30 pistol with several enhancements such as trigger and internal component enhancements that improve the performance of either the DASA or Law Enforcement modification double action only pistols. Langdon Tactical also offers the slide cutting to mount the optic of your choice. Their mounting plate is a really unique tall rear sight and a new rear front sight.
